Terms and Conditions for Dag Transfer Antalya Airport Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dag Transfer services at Antalya Airport. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. General Conditions
- Dag Transfer provides airport transfer and VIP services at Antalya Airport.
- All services provided by Dag Transfer are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.
- By booking any service, the customer confirms that they meet the requirements for the requested service.
2. Reservation and Payment
- Reservations must be made in advance, either through our website, by phone, or email.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected.
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- If a reservation is canceled or modified less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, the customer may incur cancellation or modification fees.
3. Service Availability
- Dag Transfer cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by flight delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
- All services are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customers as per the reservation, but in exceptional circumstances, substitutions or alterations may occur.
4. Pickup and Drop-off Locations
- Pickup and drop-off locations are limited to Antalya Airport (AYT) and may be subject to additional charges for locations outside the agreed-upon area.
- Customers must ensure they are at the specified location on time. Dag Transfer will not be responsible for missed services due to late arrivals.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate flight details, including flight numbers and arrival/departure times, to avoid service delays or errors.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled service.
- Any additional charges incurred due to changes made by the customer (such as last-minute changes to the pickup location or service time) may be charged.
6. Luggage
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with any airline regulations or limitations.
- Dag Transfer provides luggage assistance as part of the VIP services; however, customers are expected to handle their personal items with care.
7. Liability
- Dag Transfer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
- Dag Transfer is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the service or the use of the vehicle.
8. Code of Conduct
- Customers agree to behave respectfully toward Dag Transfer staff and other passengers at all times.
- Dag Transfer reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a service without refund if a customer’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
9. Privacy
- Dag Transfer collects personal data from customers only to the extent necessary to provide services and will not share this data with third parties without the customer's consent, except as required by law.
10. Force Majeure
- Dag Transfer will not be liable for any failure to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other events that make it impossible to provide services.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
- Any disputes arising from the use of Dag Transfer services shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
12. Amendments to Terms
- Dag Transfer reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
